Biography

Alireza Kazemi is a multidisciplinary art professional, curator, and creative producer based in Toronto, with over 15 years of experience spanning the contemporary art, design, and cultural sectors. He is recognized for bridging artists, collectors, and audiences through strategic advisory, high-impact exhibitions, and immersive, collector-focused experiences.

Alireza served as International Sales and Operations Lead at Dastan Gallery, one of Iran’s foremost contemporary art institutions, managing relationships with 140+ collectors and 40 represented artists. He has represented galleries at major international art fairs, including Art Dubai and Contemporary Istanbul and successfully curated independent projects such as Collecting Across Borders (Toronto, 2024), which sold out three times and increased audience engagement by over 35%.

His expertise spans the full lifecycle of an artwork and event: curation, installation, logistics, framing, exhibition planning, private collection advising, and VIP client experiences. Alireza also brings deep proficiency in project management, event coordination, team leadership, marketing communications, and operations oversight, delivering seamless and impactful outcomes for artists, collectors, and cultural institutions.
